Preparing Strategies

We propose a strategy that is consistent with the organization’s goals in the medium and long run to enhance its competitiveness and ability to achieve the aspirations of its shareholders. The strategy process begins with the analysis of the current situation of the organization, including its strengths and weaknesses (SWOT ANALYSIS). We also conduct an assessment of the existing management , technical, marketing, and financial aspects. This is followed by preparing a future plan that includes appropriate solutions and tools to be implemented according to a timeframe agreed with the client that is reviewed periodically to ensure the successful implementation of the strategy plan.
